Weekend Recap #19:

Its been a rainy and gloomy weekend but that didnt stop me from having fun and making the most out of it. I covered the "Eat The Street" event at Ward, Waimea Bay and Shark's Cove. The weather did limit everything I wanted to do although I still got out to enjoy the day the best I could.

On Friday I checked out the Eat The Street event near Ward and Kaka'ako after work to see the Oktoberfest theme. I ended up walking around every food vendor for about ten times before deciding what to eat. My choice was an Ahia Katsu Plate and Poke from Fresh Catch, the same thing I got from the last event since this was too good to pass up. I also had an Acai Gelato from Alohan Gelato to satisfy my hunger after all that fish. After staying there till about 6, I met up with my friends and ended up going back to Eat The Street but I didnt get anything this time. I was already fooded out haha.

For Saturday, I headed out to Waimea Bay for some last minute beach adventure after doing yard work and picking up my new GoPro Hero4 Session at Best Buy. With the recent storm that was near Big Island, there was a probable amount of rain storms on Oahu and North Shore seem to have a few but that didnt stop me at all. While taking sunset photos I was asked by this group of girls who begged me nicely to take a photo of them which turned into a mini photo shoot. It was so random and awkward at first but it was fun especially when its something im trying to get into for my photography as well as promoting my business. That did make my Saturday and I was glad to have met them, thanks for the photo opportunity girls hope to see you all again \m/

Lastly on Sunday, it was another beach day, this time with my good friend, Braddah Josh, as we headed out to do some diving at Shark's Cove. We chanced it out in the rain no matter what and I was eager to jump in the water again. I did this beach day with him to help him get some photos for himself as well as helping him get through some personal problems he had. Hawaiians always take care of one another and he was happy to be back out in the ocean. Shark's Cove did see a high rise with the tide and even the outside water was flowing in, bringing in strong currents and fresh sea water.

Just another weekend down, and many more to look forward to, hopefully I'll be able to do more photography work and start jumping itno doing more photo shoots.
