Weekend Recap #39: Another 3 Day Weekend :)

Been backed logged on photos and videos lately but anyways heres another special blog post for you all. This Three day weekend was an awesome weekend for me because I got to do my first wedding shoot, get back to the real Pipeline, and let my adventurous side of me take control.

We'll start off this first section with the wedding I recently did. This was a sort of last minute call from my aunt who's cousin was getting married that Friday. I was ready to do the shoot and once I showed up there, everything went accordingly to plan and I was so happy of how my photos came out. The couple were amazed at my work and it turned out into a big success. I was a bit nervous at first but then I remembered to just do my magic and let my shooting naturally flow like how I always do. There is a lot I can improve on and I learned real well from this day, I'm looking forward to doing more weddings in the future

Back to action on Valentine's Day with some awesome surf time. As you may know I am happily single (LOL) so what better way to spend this special day than with a date with high surf on the north shore of Oahu. took my time to head out to Ehukai Beach Park hoping that the surf was going to be epic in the early morning. I was a bit sadden but there were some nice ones for that time. I sat in Pipeline and nothing happened too much until I swam over to Backdoors, thats when the fun started. I did come back again for sunset and I have to tell you, it was the best and tiring moment I had since the last time I jumoed into 8-10ft swells. It was nice to be back in the real "Pipeline" condition but I ended up getting swept back away from the action and was forced to swim in due to currents and leg day.
